This equipment is suitable for the measurement,scribing,second precise cutting and variable angle doublesided groove cutting with double welding guns of spherical type, elliptic type, cone type, butterfly type and other types head. It`s also well used for quick, batch, high precision cutting of the large scale curved and multicurvature heads. This product has been successfully applied to the measurement, scribing and high precision bevel cutting of various kinds of heads of Henan Shenzhou Cooperation.
•The placement of head pieces do not need to be strictly orientated.
• It can do non-contact measure of curved plate pressing precision without measurement temp-let and generate report automatically.
• It can automatically generate optimal cutting path according to the measured data and precisely scribe and ensures the arc length precision of each steel plate.
• A high-precision optical laser device is adopted for scribing such that the scatches created would be well-distributed.
• The machine adopts double cutting guns and the function of tracking the thermal deformation of the curved plate cutting, which enhance the cutting efficiency and ensure high cutting precision.
• The entire process of the scribing and cutting of the head plate does not require any manual work, but can be automatically completed by the six axises linkage.
