Automatic Welding Column and Boom Super heavy type
Performance Characteristic
1. Column and boom adopt high quality steel structure with good rigidity. Both of Welding Manipulator are rectangle structure. The guide rail is manufactured by Q235/45 steel.
2.Both column and boom are shaping and grinding process to prevent deformation,improve precision and increase using life.
3. During welding, the boom travelling is stable and there is no tremble that would influence the welding performance.
4. The boom up & down, stretching, column motorized rotation and traveling trolley adopt imported internatinal famous AC transducer to adjust speed whichwoud realize step-less adjusting, digital display,and the parameters can be preset.
5. Column rotation adopts German HRS technology high precision rotaton bearing which is high peision,smart rotation to assure the convenient operaion. Welding head is small distotion while the beam stretching.
6. Welding manipulator with anti-drop device has been installed on the boom.When accident happens, it will start automatically and immediately to avoid the boom drop.Welding manipulator with anti-drop highly increases the safety of working environment.
7.According to customers' requirements,the column/boom length,electric/manual trolley,column electric/manual rotation,column pneumatic/manual lock,stationary type can be combined by any combination way.
