EVA machine principal brief introduction
The EVA Moulding Machine For Shoes contains three main systems:
1. The electronic system; it supplys the original energy for the EVA foaming Moulding Machine.
2. Hydraulic-Oil system; its circuit consists of various magnetic valves and oil blocks. It transfers the electricity into oil active hydraulic energy,then supply the main power for machine to keep normal work.
3. iron-steel system.it makes active hydraulic energy into the final mechanic power.
Our EVA machine is based on PLC automatic control,combines with above three systems, it makes the machine can be of heating,injection moulding the shoes.
Principle to make shoes: Put the Shoes Mould on the machine,get ready the EVA material and accessories,then turn on the machine power, to make heating and melting the EVA granule material,then inject them into the moulds,after heating and moulding for some time,take out the finished shoes.
