and so on.It can cut holes on cylindrical shell, conical shell, ellipsoidal head.
Also, it can cut the variable angle double groove.The type of the intersecting holes
can be orthogonal, eccentric vertical intersection,etc.
Performance characteristics:
•Hanging type saddle CNC cutting machinery is a four axis CNC system,it can cut holes
which can be orthogonal, eccentric,on curved surface such as barrel , ellipsoidal head plate.
With this machine,you can make changeable angle groove cutting and flange connecting
pipe intersecting line cutting.
•On-line teaching function can automatically generate correct
reference input parameter theory of intersecting trajectories,and remove the movement error caused by the non-standard workpiece to achieve precision cutting.
• Parametric input,cut in circle against cutting groove, calibrate centre with laser,
intelligent speed regulation ,etc.With these above performance features,it provides
a friendly user interface.
• With the equipment fixed on the operating machine,it can be safer on operating and more
effective in production. The wide range of cutting object , the stability of the system,
